Shipping and Returns
- Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. All orders outside of North America are not eligible for return or exchange.
- NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS or any item that has a SALE price. All sale items are FINAL SALE
- NO RETURNS ON ORDERS USING DISCOUNT CODES OF 20% OR MORE*
- Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
The Return Process
- Please contact us at email@example.com with "RETURN" and order number in subject line for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.
- Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Our products are limited release, and sold via pre-order. You will be notified of the shipping date at the time of order.
NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
You will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated are provided by UPS and USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.
International orders transit times may be up to 21 business days.
International returns are not possible at this time. All international orders are final sale.
*International Express is not available to Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine.
